How to get help

gegma is a hybrid-work tool for teams — a remote-day planner, an issue tracker with project boards, time tracking, a team wiki and planning poker — on the web, iOS and Android. This page is for anyone who needs a hand with it, whether or not they are signed in.

Contact us

Email support@gegma.app and a person will reply, usually within one working day. Include the email address you sign in with and, for the mobile app, the version shown at the bottom of the Account tab.

For privacy questions and data requests, write to privacy@gegma.app — see the privacy policy.

Signing in to the mobile app

The iPhone app is in public beta: install Apple’s TestFlight app, then open the beta link on your iPhone.

The app signs you in with Google or an email and password, and on iOS with Apple too — the same account you use on the web. Apple and Google create the account on first use; a password is set on the website under Account. Advanced users can also paste a personal access token from the website’s Account page.

If you signed in but see no team, nobody has added you yet: a team admin adds people by email on the Team page, and the seat is linked to your account as soon as you sign in with that address (with Apple, use the same address you gave the admin, rather than a hidden relay address).

Teams and invitations

Teams are created on the web at plan.gegma.app. The person who creates a team is its first admin and can invite others, set roles, and configure the scheduling rules. Everything you see in the app is scoped to the teams you belong to.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and personal data yourself, at any time: in the iOS or Android app, open the Account tab and choose Delete account; on the web, open Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. Work you contributed to a team (tasks, comments, time entries) stays with the team, without your name attached, so the team’s records remain intact.

Something broken?

Tell us what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead, at the address above. Screenshots help. If the app cannot reach the server, check that you are online and that plan.gegma.app opens in a browser.
